My delivery was due 4 days ago . Had paid for next day delivery cause it was agent and now still not yet delivery . There is no update. Boohooman and royal mail sucks

Just made an enquiry about a refund by WhatsApp (first company I’ve ever known to do so). Was so easy to attach pictures and was dealt with so quickly by Husna that I had to write a positive review. Never had any issues with Boohoo before, so pretty happy today!

Ordered joggers for next day delivery, have not heard anything for about a week. Then received an e-mail with an update that item is now ready for shipment, then few hours later received another e-mail that the item is out of stock and they will refund me the money in 7 days! Disappointed to say the least. Not what they are promising.

Poor delivery then get fobbed off saying wait till 8pm for delivery then get told wait till 11pm this is the day after my parcel was meant to be here now have to wait another two days. Not the first time this has happened to me first time was two weeks had to wait for a missing order to go through. This will be my last order and wouldn't recommend anyone using boohoo man as their aren't honest

Boohooman clothing i lately purchased on line have fited me very well look great and wonderfully priced For a long time Finding fashionable clothes in australia for large men is very hard and found that when i try them on they look bad or most 4x in the shops are not the right size mostly to small. Boohooman clothing for me have been well sized great quality and have a great large tall man range of all clothes from jeans to jackets im impressed and now i can again feel good in jeans that fit great and look great ive now made a 3rd order with them the first 2 orders came from uk and got them within 7days in australia im impressed

First time buying at BoohooMan, clothes are good quality. Shak in Customer service was great, got my order delivered next day.

Great! Excellent! Customer service had issue with requesting back a refund and my query was delt with straightway polite also no issues happy with boohoo they got good customer service.

Poor quality clothing. I know that for the price the clothes are hardly going to be high-end, but I didn't expect a brand new pair of joggers to rip the first time I wore them. Now have to check the stitching of any clothes I buy online to make sure I'm not walking around with holes in them. Not a great experience but perhaps they were just a faulty pair?
